FAQ

Shipping:  

Orders shipped within the U.S. ship free via USPS with tracking. Shipping outside the United States is upon request.

Payment and terms: 

Payment via Square, Visa/MasterCard /American Express. Applicable sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped within South Carolina.

Exchange & Repair Policy:

Not in a Box does not accept returns, but will happily exchange any unworn items within 21 days from receipt. When exchanging your item(s), please be sure to exchange for an item(s) of equal or greater value. Any order discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of shipment;  by  email sales@notinaboxjewelry.com . You will then be given a return authorization number and emailed instructions on how to send your item in for exchange or repair. All exchanges must be shipped alongside a return authorization number and return form completed.

Please note:  Not in a Box Jewelry is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs both ways when exchanging an item.

Repairs:

Most importantly, I want you to love your jewelry. I stand by my designs and craftsmanship. If you have any issue with your purchase, please contact me via email  sales@notinaboxjewelry.com

Within the first year of purchase (order confirmation required): Not in a Box Jewelry will repair it free of charge, return shipping included, no questions asked.

After the first year of purchase (order confirmation required): A minimum $35 repair fee will be charged. Shipping costs will be incurred by the client.

Note: The client is responsible for the return cost of shipping. Upon receipt, should it be determined the item is beyond repair, a replacement will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.  If customer tries to repair the item themselves, or takes item to an outside jeweler for repair, warranty is no longer valid.
